Bookseller Ranking
Bookseller Rankings are based on the percentage of not available orders among the orders received by the bookseller.
The rankings are calculated at the beginning of every month on the order received the previous month as show here below:
- 0%-15% of unavailable orders = 5 stars
- 16%-25% of unavailable orders = 4 stars
- 26%-55% of unavailable orders = 3 stars
- over 55% of unavailable orders = 2 stars

We are sorry but, at the moment, only professional bookseller can sell their books on Maremagnum. If you aren't a bookseller, you can contact us through email.
How will my books be shipped?
If you added to the same basket books sold by different bookseller, as soon as your order will be confirmed and payed, every bookseller will ship his book to your address.
I already am a customer, how can I log in Maremagnum?
If you already are a customer and you created your account in the previous version of Maremagnum, please fill the USER-ID field with your old username, then fill the PASSWORD field with your old password.
I didnt succed in paying with my credit card on-line
Send an e-mail to shopping@maremagnum.com and we will
help you. Otherwise you can send a fax to Maremagnum +39 02-45.47.07.20, with
your order number and your credit card details. After the payment we will
destroy your fax.

Occasionally, automated emails are filtered by your email provider into your SPAM/Junk folder. You may wish to check your SPAM/Junk folder to see if email is there.

In order to receive your password, please click on "Lost your password" and enter your User-ID, we will send your password through email. If you don't remember your User-ID, please contact us!
I have not received my Email Confirmation for my order
If you do not receive an email confirmation after placing your order, there are several things you can do.

I made an order paid by credit card, but the book is not available. What I have to do?
Don't worry. The bank will return you the whole sum. You will get your money
back in few days, but we have to inform you that some banks will give you back
the money in a month, maximum.

Is it safe to buy on Maremagum with credit card?
It's safe: in order to protect our customer, our policy is not to handle any credit card information personally. At the moment of payment, the customer will be referred to Banca Monte Paschi page.
We feel that a bank as Monte Paschi can warrant the desiderable level of safety necessary during an internet transaction.
Moreover, Maremagnum.com applies security procedures to protect customer's personal data, as well as customer's operations on the site.
Shipping rates
Maremagnum.com bookseller members listing on our site set their own shipping rates and times. These rates will vary depending on the location of the bookseller in relation to the buyer, the method of shipping the bookseller uses and whether handling charges are included with the shipping rates.
