The registration to Maremagnum is free with no obligation to purchase on your part.
Click on Log-in / Sign up, it's free!; select user type (Customer), enter your e-mail, create your own password and fill in the fields with your data. Then, we will e-mail you a notice with the link to activate your account and you will be able to make questions to booksellers, place orders, create your wishlist.

- click the blue PROCEED TO CHECK OUT button.
- choose shipping address, shipping and method payment.

Payment methods
You can buy items on Maremagnum (antique books, new books, prints, comics, ...) by credit card or bank transfer and cash on delivery. You can pay by credit card on the secure site of the bank (SSL:Secure Socket Layer). We accept: Visa, MasterCard. Your credit card will be charged only for available items and when they are ready to be shipped. For unavailable items, money will return to your credit card account.
Moreover, you can pay by Paypal.
If you want to buy by installments, Maremagnum could help you: without any intervention of financial companies, you will be able to buy items for 500 euros or more, splitting the total on a maximum of 5 months (interest = 0). You can use this type of payment if the amount of your cart is equal to or greater than € 500, and if the titles you want to buy are sold by the same bookseller.
Booksellers offering free shipping
Booksellers can offer free shipping with a minimum purchase threshold.
The offer is valid when the bookseller and the receiver of the order belong to the same nation and the weight of the book does not exceed 2 kg.
In the case of heavy books the bookseller is entitled to ask for extra cost.
If the bookseller is abroad, you can contact him with a question, asking for free shipping.

Shipping method
Every bookseller shows shipping fees (registered mail and/or courier) near the item: the shipping cost can change according to the destination and the method selected by the customer. Maremagnum invites booksellers to ship by tracking parcels. Bookselles ship confirmed orders within 2 working days.
Satisfied or refunded
Maremagnum.com protects the Customer according to Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185 implementing Directive 97/7/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, as well as Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 8 and subsequent amendments.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is therefore necessary to send, no later than 14 working days from the date of receipt of goods, a written notice by registered mail or by e-mail or fax to Maremagnum (+39 02-36754409), the registered letter is deemed to be sent in good time if delivered to the post office accepting within 14 working days.
In addition, you must return the item, always within 14 working days, to the sending bookstore in the same condition in which you received it and using a valid traceable shipping method (eg registered mail or courier). The customer is responsible only for the direct costs of returning the goods. If the bookseller does not receive the book, it is not possible to obtain a refund. When the bookshop confirms that it has received the book, the withdrawal will be completed and after a few days you will receive a credit to Paypal or your credit card or your bank account, if you have used the cash on delivery payment will be responsible for refunding the bookseller sender.
