The magic world of Harry Potter

Launched with an initial print run of just 500 copies, Harry Potter has set in motion a phenomenon that has now reached more than 450 million copies sold and translated into 79 languages. When it comes to book collecting and evaluation, one of the questions that usually needs to be asked is "Is this a first edition?", especially if the title in question is destined to become a world-famous publishing case. Those who are in the business know this well and the professional bookseller understands when it is time to "hunt" for the first editions. In the case of Harry the situation becomes even more intriguing because not only was the initial circulation of just 500 copies (of which only 300 went to the bookstore!), but these were promptly withdrawn from the market because the name of the author, contrary to the marketing strategy decided by the publisher, appeared in full, rather than under the pseudonym to which we have been accustomed: J.K. Rowling. has seen some rare first editions pass, especially Italian ones, reaching values up to 250 €. Maybe, looking carefully on the site, you might run into some hidden treasure. What are you waiting for?
