500 years after his death, Leonardo da Vinci is a name that still today arouses deep admiration for the genius he showed in the field of literary, pictorial and scientific arts and, above all, for the cultural heritage that he has handed down to humanity. That Leonardo da Vinci who inspired artists and thinkers, the Leonardo who in Milan frescoed the Last Supper in Santa Maria delle Grazie, the artist who studied the ideal proportions of the human body giving life to the Vitruvian Man, the same genius who created the Mona Lisa, the most enigmatic portrait in the history of art. Many events are scheduled in 2019 on the occasion of the celebrations to remember the master of Vinci, in Italy and abroad: exhibitions, meetings, publications and much more.
